The building consists of two parts: the production buiding is a steel construction single room volume and the offices and workers facilities is a concrete and brick built two storey annex. The offices are cantilevered and equipped with a metal dibond facade. 
The production space is 1800 m2 and the offices are 550 m2 areas. 
The investor is producing tools for automobile industry of german and france car manufacturers.
