Office and restaurant house Maribor Radvanje was designed in 2008 for a autowash and office use, including a small bar.
After ownership change the building was converted in 2013 into a restaurant and we planned a conversioni into apartment units in 2014.
The building is congested with a large commercial on the main facade since 2010.
