The residential villas in Prishtine is a high class project for bigger appartements in the western suburbia of the capital of Kosovo. This concept project was made for a private investor, there are four multiapartement buildings to be built, each with five apartements.
The surrounding is structurally not defined, but regulated with a new regulation plan.
The buildings correspond to the location, there is a convenient height difference between the northern and southern part of the area.
The investors plan to start building in 2015.
